Cancellation and Late Policy
Late Arrivals:
If you are running late, please give me a heads-up through any form of contact I have provided. If I do not see or hear from you within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-call, no-show. A no-call, no-show will result in an immediate loss of the full deposit. This policy is non-negotiable, so please ensure you communicate with me.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, I require at least 3 days’ notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment may result in a full or partial loss of the deposit.
Emergencies:
I understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency, I will work with you to reschedule. Please do your best to ensure the date and time you commit to works for you.
